I am excited and enthusiastic to propose a new vision for our government's future. We must establish a new cabinet-level position called the Secretary of Technology for the Cabinet of the United States, the Department of Technology. The Cabinet of the United States consists of the vice president and the heads of the executive branch's departments. Like all federal public officials, Cabinet members are also subject to impeachment by the House of Representatives and trial in the Senate for treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.

As we all know, technology is rapidly advancing and transforming every aspect of our lives. Technology is reshaping the world from communication and transportation to healthcare and education. Yet, despite its importance, our local, county, state, and federal government still needs to keep pace with these changes.

That is why I propose the establishment of the Department of Technology in local, county, state, and federal government. This new agency will serve as the focal point for all matters related to technology in the federal government. Its mission will be to ensure that our nation remains at the forefront of technological innovation and that the benefits of technology are available to all Americans.

The Department of Technology will be responsible for a wide range of functions, including:

Developing and implementing national policies on technology, including cybersecurity, data privacy, and internet governance.

Supporting research and development in cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, biotechnology, and quantum computing.

Promoting the use of technology in government operations, including improving the efficiency and effectiveness of government services.

Encouraging the adoption of new technologies by businesses and individuals and ensuring all Americans have access to affordable and reliable internet services.

By creating the Department of Technology, we will address the challenges and opportunities of a rapidly changing technological landscape. We will be able to harness the power of technology to improve our lives, create new jobs, and drive economic growth.

In addition, the Department of Technology will also serve as a beacon of hope for the next generation. It will inspire young people to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) and provide them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.

The leadership positions would be elected with two-term limits at the local, county, and state levels or not exceeding eight years.

So, my fellow citizens, I urge you to join me in supporting the creation of the Department of Technology. Let us work together to build a brighter future for our nation and ensure that America remains the world leader in technological innovation for generations.

Thank you, and God bless America.
